Return & Refund Policy

We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase, and we have developed this Return Policy to provide you with the necessary information regarding our return process. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it outlines your rights and responsibilities as a customer.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for specific items purchased directly from Creatures of Science LLC online store (www.creaturesofscience.com). To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1.1. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging. The return request must be initiated within 14 days from the date your package was delivered. Receipt and/or order number will need to be provided and/or requested.
1.2. Only apparel, pins, patches, posters, stickers, and non-liquid items are eligible for returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
2.1. Signature Creatures of Science beverages (cans), Gift Cards, and Personalized or custom-made items.
3. Refunds
3.1. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. You will be notified your item(s) have arrived safely to our facility.
3.2. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on our signature Creatures of Science beverages (cans). However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, Creatures of Science LLC offers a 100% money back guarantee within 14 days of your package being delivered. You may keep the beverages (cans) and we will issue a full refund.
3.3. If your order contains multiple items, you will need to specify what item(s) you would like a return/refund. We will not issue a refund for the entire order if you are dissatisfied with only 1 item. Refund will only be initiated for the specified item(s) the customer chooses.
3.4. Please keep in mind, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@creaturesofscience.com.
4. Exchanges
4.1. If you would like to exchange selective item(s) (1.2.) Please contact us at support@creaturesofscience.com.
4.2. Exchanges follow the same rules as (1.1.).
4.3. Shipping label and/or QR code will be provided for exchanges. Be sure to keep the original package the item was received in for easier exchange. Creature of Science LLC will not cover costs for package and will only cover costs for return shipping label.
4.4. Please note, certain item(s) may not be eligible for exchanges in certain situations such as worn, ripped, broken, washed, torn, or any intentional foul play. Initial evaluation will be determined if exchange is deemed acceptable.
5. Damaged or Defective item(s)
5.1. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5.2. If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact our customer support team at support@creaturesofscience.com within 14 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) and/or a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
6. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
6.1. Contact our customer support team at support@creaturesofscience.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide the following information:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Clear photos (if applicable) of any damaged or defective item(s).
6.2. If your requested return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
6.3. Keep the tracking number of your return shipment for reference.
6.4. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
